The Tojiro DP Damascus Series showcases an exquisite Damascus pattern adorning every blade. This stunning design is crafted through the meticulous forging process of 37 layers of low carbon and high carbon stainless steel, which are then folded over the thick VG10 core made of premium cobalt alloy steel. This delicate technique results in a truly impressive appearance.

With a Rockwell Hardness of 60, these blades possess the perfect balance of hardness to retain their sharpness, yet are easier to sharpen compared to super hard steel. The traditional-style Micarta handle, secured by triple-riveted construction, provides a comfortable grip and optimum balance. The closed bolster collar allows for complete sharpening of the blade while adding additional weight and stability.

The thin blades boast a razor-sharp edge that is meticulously honed and sharpened by skilled craftsmen in Niigata, Japan.
